Love 9round for the workout and trainers, BUT the management is TERRIBLE and has no respect for their loyal customers. I was a member for 2 years and had always signed up for the 9-month student membership since I'm only there 9 months out of the year. Well, I just graduated and have moved across the country, so I cancelled my account, but management refused to cancel it, claiming that I signed on for 12 months. Either way, I still wanted to terminate it early. Management then stopped replying and does not answer the phone. I had gotten a new credit card between graduation and now, so my billing was not updated. I received emails that I needed to "update my billing" at a link, but the link has no where to change billing or even pay past dues. I am now 3 months into this mess and still cannot get a hold of the Columbia management. Hoping this review will get their attention.
