Love working out at 9 Round! There are no class times, rounds start every 3 minutes so there are no excuses for not going. Trainers are friendly and very helpful.
Would give zero if I could. They scammed me out of $500. The management is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The policies are not consistent, one employee will tell you one thing and then management will be rude to you and not assist you in any way. They are absolutely terrible and lie to you. Absolutely absurd, would never recommend this place to anyone.
Love 9round for the workout and trainers, BUT the management is TERRIBLE and has no respect for their loyal customers. I was a member for 2 years and had always signed up for the 9-month student membership since I'm only there 9 months out of the year. Well, I just graduated and have moved across the country, so I cancelled my account, but management refused to cancel it, claiming that I signed on for 12 months. Either way, I still wanted to terminate it early. Management then stopped replying and does not answer the phone. I had gotten a new credit card between graduation and now, so my billing was not updated. I received emails that I needed to "update my billing" at a link, but the link has no where to change billing or even pay past dues. I am now 3 months into this mess and still cannot get a hold of the Columbia management. Hoping this review will get their attention.

I absolutely love 9round. I have never stuck with a workout routine ever until I joined 9round. I have lost over 35lbs since joining. Love all the staff as well.

Be sure to get there 30 minutes before closing on 4/8/18 or I guess any day. Dude turned me away with 27 minutes remaining. Bummer!

I would highly recommend 9round to all of my favorite people! I have seen such a change in my body, and I believe that the HIIT style of workout has encouraged these positive changes. The nine rounds keep my workout at a fast & consistent pace, only letting me get tired at the end because there is no time to burn out! I absolutely love the energy within the four walls of the building and the enthusiasm and encouragement that each trainer brings every day.

Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone for either locations. Gave them my 2 months notice to cancel and they're still attempting to charge me even after I have gotten a new debit card to keep them from charging me! Continuance text messages telling me my account is past due when I cancelled months ago. Nobody will answer and 'Headquarters' won't do anything to help either. Awful company. No stars if I could.
Cancellation Policy is horrible.
I have moved out of Columbia for work, and I had to cancel my contact. They have it on their contact that if they cannot service you within 30 days, you can cancel your membership and they will refund you.
I have wrote them a hand written letter as they mentioned in the contract. Later to find out that they have pushed the fees to collectors.
Collections calls and ask for the money stating that 9 Rounds never received the hand written letter that I have mailed.
If you join, be aware of that you are signing for because it did cost me $1200
I love working at 9Round. The location of the District is perfect! The trainers here are so friendly and are willing to help any ones fitness goals. Being a collegiate athlete, this workout is great cross training and always pushes me each time I workout. As a trainer, I love being apart of everyone's fitness journeys, I am always there to encourage and motivate members through their workout so that they are really able to get the most out of their workout! First workout is free so come give this workout a shot!
