Overall the place was great, plenty of staff everywhere, the way they set up for doing birthdays was very efficient, and the place was very clean and the food prices didn't seem unfair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the staff on the jump floor seemed more interested in talking to each other than monitoring the adults and kids rough housing in the 6 and under area at least. I get that place is going to be hectic with hyper kids, but especially in the little kid areas staff should of stepped in and told the adults to stop launching the kids across the foam pit and pelting the kids with foam blocks. There were a lot of toddlers and babies in that area that could've easily gotten hurt bad.
First time going and my kids absolutely loved it!
From my daughter's point of view, it was the best jungle gym ever, she had such a blast as i'm sure most parents with kids that age can attest to, she did not want to leave, had to promise and get ice cream to make that process easier. From a parent's perspective, everything was super awesome, from the signing of the waiver, to the special socks to the care the employees showed in their perspective responsibilities was top notch. Safety was also paramount as they always made sure the spaces were properly maintained and rough activities were always addressed which gives us all a great level of comfort. Parking was great, every space was very clean. Superb establishment, very highly recommended!!!
Great place. There's a rock wall, a toddler area, and a spinning cushioned wheel you can jump over. Its fairly cheap for an hour and that's really all you need. Cool place and everyone there is so nice to the kids.
Good prices and plenty to do. A great place for family fun for all ages. Had a great time
I love that there is a section just for toddlers. My son can play and be safe without bigger kids jumping all over him.
Its fun . And different not much to do for adults. But the bathrooms are disgusting. Cute female employees though lol. Their uniform pants are tight.
Very very.... Smelly and stinky restrooms. Smells like a public restroom that has no running water. Trash left around the restrooms throughout the day. Should have taken a picture. I'd be ashamed of having restrooms like that if I worked there. Felt dirty even after washing my hands.

All the kids enjoyed it, plenty of things too do for all ages, I took my toddler, pre teen and teenager. A very fun place to get out of the heat.
Great place to take the kids to expend some energy. Good price to jump for a couple hours. They have picnic tables set up for birthday parties. Multiple jump pits, basketball hoops, Dodge ball and other fun activities too. Some arcade games and climbing wall as well. We'll be coming back for sure.

This has not been our first time at Altitude.. we have made many visits and they all have been great.. The staff and service has always been good.
Kids love this place!!! The officer that stays there helps out and is very friendly somewhere u feel ur kids are safe. Good family fun.

Awesome trampoline park! They have a toddler area for kids 60 lbs and under. There's many different jump areas for 60+ lb kids. Basketball hoops, dodge ball area, foam block pits with and without trapeze. My grandson jumped for 2 hours and was very happy here!
Joshua, the managet is an awesome guy. Always ready to help or answer questions. The referees working today were great
They were attentive and didn't allow any the kids to behave like wild animals.
My kids and I absolutely love it here. The kids parties are non stressful and the hosts practically run the show while you assist them. Adults and kids alike can have a good time here.
Looked fun, we just went in and watched to check it out. Is great for exercise, and ok on price after and hour your gonna be pretty beat anyway. Definitely go try it and get exercise then decide if it's worth it for yourself.
My kids love this place they don't make you wait till it's the exact time to let you go play as soon as you pay your money and they put the bracelet on you they let you go very friendly staff I definitely will return
I have mixed reviews about this place. My son and step children LOVE coming here, but my concern every single time we walk in is -- Are there any adults working here? The place is ran by teenagers. It generally smells like a foot covered up with disinfectant. On the weekends, there are far too many kids in that place. There should be a limit to how many bodies are allowed in that place at one time.
We had a blast. I gave it a 4 becuz there wasn't much supervision. They pretty much let the kids run around like crazy but they had a really great time
My daughter jumped for two hours and had a great time. The workers here all seem to have a good time helping the kids play. Lots of different stations too jump and play. I enjoyed the massage chair! We will come again!

Such a fun place! A lot bigger than Mullet Hop in D'Iberville. I like that they have a area specifically designated for smaller children and a huge birthday party area
This place is awesome. Tons of trampoline fun, rock climbing wall, some arcade games, and a great place to have a birthday party. You pay by the hour. One hour is usually enough to wear the kiddos out.
This place is great! We went during toddler time which is 11 to 1pm Tuesday through Friday. Kids jump for $10/hour and adults can add on for jusy $2. Can't beat that! Once you buy the socks you don't have to buy them again and there's a little kid area for those under 60lbs so you don't have to worry about the little. So fun!
Great place to have some family fun, or just let the kids play. We enjoy ourselves when we go. Also a great place for a birthday party, as every detail is handled.
Kids jumped for an hr and I it was a pretty standard trampoline place. Nothing stellar or disappointing. Kids will def have fun!
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall experience was a good value. Arcade games need to be maintained better.
