I have been to gym after gym. I have fought in many competitions. I have achieved a lot in my younger years. Jeremy Gordon is the first instructor that I would call sifu, because he never lets me grow stagnant. This is my gym, and this is my home.

This is a locally owned fitness club that took part of a old warehouse and turned it into a large size gym offering many different classes and a very hands on informative touch.

A great place to learn and develope skills and techniques. I appreciate the encouragement the staff gives to their students. And Sifu Gordon is a great honorable Sensei. Great place.

Jeremy Gordon is one of the best instructors you can train with. This guy is quick! I'm glad to be one of his students in the so many seminars I've been to.

Jeremy Gordon is a great instructor, Curtis is always there to lend a helping hand if anyone has questions about any techniques. The classes are very well structured and kids love the program!!!
