An excellent gym. Plenty of equipment to cover a full body workout. Always full early mornings on weekdays. Best time to go is after 9 pm or early morning weekends.. I have been going to Defining You Pilates and Fitness for many years now and I absolutely LOVE it! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Not only are the classes varied and plentiful and the location easy with plenty of parking but the instructors who work there are all kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable.... more
