Boxing training is for folks of all ages. So when I stepped back into the ring at age 40. I knew I needed to train with the best. I found Cerresso Fort at SIR boxing and he helped get me back into the best shape of my life. We won the fight he helped me prepare for and I highly recommend

I went to this gym and met the head trainer Cerresso Fort. He was a very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in to the second I left. He has a lot of champions that train at his gym. It's a great place for fitness and boxing! The atmosphere here is incredible. You have to stop in and check them out!
Some guy named Alexis Pierre Poinsett threatened to have one of his prison buddies rape me. I was extremely uncomfortable, because I don't want to get raped. Other than that, the gym is decent.
I love it at this gym! It has a diverse group of people with a family oriented environment. Cerresso is the head trainer there and with help from him and the other coaches there I won a world title and beat national champions in boxing. I'm constantly growing and getting better from being at this gym. I highly recommend it!

The trainers there are super friendly too so don't be afraid to come in and ask questions. I've only been here for 2 months and I've learned more than any other gym out there.
