5 Minute Fitness is exactly what I was looking for in a gym. I used to go to LA Fitness and I would get there and just be overwhelmed because I didn't really have a routine and it was so busy it was hard to find open equipment.
At 5 Minute Fitness you never have to wait for equipment, and you don't have to plan in advance because the workout is ready for you when you get there - just following along to the circuit routine on the TVs.
Pros:
- The owner, Greg, is really nice and helps create a good community at the gym. He always introduces everyone so you know everyone there.
- It's clean. They provide towels and clean everything down all the time.
- They mix up the workouts. My muscles burn each time I go, and they're constantly changing the workouts on the TV so you're working different muscle groups.
- It's affordable!
Cons:
- Not really any that I can think of...
