The staff working at the Grand Avenue St Paul store are very helpful and knowledgeable.
After having a bad experience on 12/31 at the Grand Ave store, the manager Betsy completely surprised me with an apology, as well as actions to make up for my experience. Very happy with her customer service.

I like this store - every worker has always been friendly, and you can bring your dog, too. There is usually a discount rack, and if you work in Fitness like myself, you can get an appreciable discount on the goods. Becky is great!

i do not enjoy the high wusterbarth leggings they are pilling all over and i got a hole in them from nothing.

Just bought some pants and when I got home looked at them closer to find a spot on the inside. Either they are okay with selling leggings that have been returned, or don't check to make sure they haven't been worn. Disgusting.

This particular store, every time I have been in to shop for my wife, they are very friendly, overly willing to help, just a great example of how customer care should be. I have been to several other LuLu Lemon stores and the customer service is just not the same.
I know Lululemon is a chain and the store comes with some negative stereotypes, but I think it's been a great addition to the Grand Ave community. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, both about their own products and local groups and sports where they can be used. Their in-store classes on Saturdays are a nice way for customers to get introduced to new activities and their staff are always out supporting local events. Their products may be expensive, but they're well-designed and high quality, and they stand behind them with reasonable return policies. I'm glad they're here!
