Great gym with great members. The ownership and staff had been very helpful and extremely welcoming for someone who just joined. Highly recommended.

Nice clean space, so thank you for that! I was bummed about there not being a shower, but that's low on my list. Just one creep factor to note: while I was working out I noticed a man standing outside for 5-10 minutes staring at me. Of course it made me feel super uneasy, but sometimes the neighborhood brings those types of people around. I'll definitely come back to this Snap, regardless!

Small, cramped, not the greatest selection of equipment, and not very well maintained. What they do have is a bit outdated.

I personally witnessed the general manager Eric Smith belittle members of color in this gym he is very rude and unproffessional when addressed with concerns such as cleanliness of the gym. Hand Sanitizers and paper towel dispensers have been empty for over a month now. Stay Away!

My trainer Joey makes my workouts fun! I've gone from dreading them to now looking forward to each session. The results are starting to show and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with Snap.

This is a very nice little club. They have a variety of equipment, helpful staff, and it feels light, open, and generous in space. I have been a member here for several years, but have have also been to a number of other Snap Fitness clubs. This is absolutely one of the best kept, spacious and nicest ones. A great place!

This place is a tad small, but packs a wallop. Its always clean when I arrive and the staff is very helpful, when they are there (which is like from 4 to 8 PM). I like the ease of use - and it convenient for me to stop in here.

Good gym, but WATCH OUT WHEN YOU CANCEL. 3 MONTHS OF CHARGES AFTER CANCELLATION. after 3 calls, Finally recieved a phone call back. I was asked to call another manager named Eric and yet no rrturn call. I guess i will be waiting to see if my account charged again.
Poor customer service to a professional adult who was had mulptiple gym memberships throughout city.
Go with Highland Park. They have the decency to return calls, resolve issues and follow through like a business should.
