Buyer beware!!! I planned to use this facility 1-3 days a week during work, and during my initial tour I told the GM that I was going to be signing up under my fiance's account at another NW TC location. Jim told me that "Anytime doesn't have group plans" so I decided to just sign up that day. Months later I found out (from another Anytime owner) that individual Anytime locations set their own membership rates so although the Plymouth location doesn't allow group rates, others (including the one where my fiance went), do. So basically my fiance and I were both paying for individual plans, which was more expensive than a group plan; but I had been locked in by then and couldn't quit without paying a penalty...even though i only signed up because I was lied to.
Additionally, at sign up I provided a voided check and clearly wrote that the check was ONLY for healthcare reimbursement purposes, as I wanted the membership charge to go onto my credit card because of the cash back rewards I get. However, the club set up the fees to come out of my checking account despite my clearly written note on the voided check (which I have a copy of). When i spoke to the GM about this, he told me that the membership fee and the healthcare reimbursement have to be from the same account. When I told him that I used to work for a Fitness 19 and knew this wasn't true, his face turned red and he changed the subject.
I do not trust the GM of this location AT ALL. I personally caught him lying twice, right to my face, and I was told by another local Anytime owner that he is known by all the local Anytime management to be a bit shady; as evidenced by complaints they have gotten from other [former] patrons. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was with my experience here.
