SISU Plymouth has an amazing coaching staff;The facility is huge and has all the equipment you could ever need... but most importantly the community here is the best I have ever been a part of... so motivating, supportive and inspiring! SISU is an amazing place! Highly recommended!
I have been at CrossFit SISU for 7 months and it is amazing. It is more than a gym, it is a family. Everyone is so supportive of each other regardless of their ability level. The coaches are knowledgeable and help you become the best athlete you can be. They also have an amazing nutrition program, which I participated in and saw amazing results.
Amazing community, awesome classes...can't say enough good stuff about this place. I've been going to SISU for over 4 years now, and I'm in better shape now in my 30's than I was in high school - so crazy. The support here is outstanding - everyone is on your team every day, every workout. 10 out of 10 recommend!

What a ride! It's been 57 weeks and SISU is now an integral part of my life and family's life. My wife joined 3 weeks after me, and I've since convinced two friends to join. Realizing gains I never imagined possible, even after completing IronMan Wisconsin in September 2015, SISU filled a fitness void in my life I wasn't fully aware of. With coaches like Pat, Thomas, Christina, Sam, and Josh, they make workouts safe, fun, and most importantly, functional for all ages and ability levels. My only regret is not finding SISU sooner. Do yourself a favor, stop in for consultation and change your life forever!
