We had a great experience for the Intro to Aerial Yoga class. It was very fun and our instructor James was very good at giving us tips. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was at the end during our picture time. My mom wanted one last group picture in the studio area but he said no. He was so focused on the next class starting in 10 min. I did not appreciate the way he approached it. There was nobody there yet for the next class nor were there other cars in the lot yet. We felt like we were being kicked out.
Love this place! It has been a part of my fitness journey for the last two years. It's the only workout that has kept me motivated in working out. Not to mention the community is the most accepting, kind, positive and uplifting!!
I have been attending classes at the Aviary for a year now and absolutely love it. The instructors are wonderful. Not only do they ensure safety but they challenge you within your ability level. Most classes combine fitness segments with aerial moves interspersed. It is intimidating to start as there are many members that know each other but if you start coming on a regular basis you will gain these friendships and become part of a great community.
So much fun! Definitely for people of all fitness levels. Our instructor was awesome and gave very thorough instructions, can't wait to go back!!
Went to a couple of bungee classes there, and absolutely fun place!!!
I love this place. First, there's no judgement .I'm only two weeks in and I can barely do anything but I'm constantly being supported and my effotlrt is praised; not just from the instructors but from other women in the classes. You'll get a great workout in bungee and you'll impress yourself in aerial stuff. I really seek out Anne's classes .She's the classes' mom but she's so funny and so helpful . She leaves no one behind .if you can barely do the moves, she finds a way to include your ability but still helps you to feel successful. She'll also make you drip sweat in places ... Dang. I'm becoming stronger and it's fun.

This place isn't like a normal gym. Anne is a great instructor she keeps you motivated without negatively pressuring you. I just keep coming back. It's scary and hard at first. After your second class it's nothing but fun.

I'm in love with this place! Abby and Matthew have been great, welcoming instructors to something that can be quite intimidating for a newbie. This is my kind of fitness and I can't wait to take more classes. I highly recommend the newcomer deals they offer, too. Well worth it!

Best workout studio in the cities. I've been to both locations and have never been disappointed. They are always warm and welcoming. The variety of classes they have allow you to have the challenge of a good workout, but also have a ton of fun doing it. Highly recommend checking out the Aviary
