Nothing flashy about this gym. It's all about becoming your best self through workouts. Each work out is the same for everyone and everyone I have met has been very encouraging and made the workout fun. It's hard work, but I have really enjoyed my time here
Amazing coaches and community. I've gone way further here with my fitness than I ever thought I could. Also I saw Nick stalock wrestle a bear once. The bear won....
Decent facility. Had a training here, so unaware of what classes are like.

Looking for a hell of a workout? Bored with the same routine? Check out cross fit. This place is rather hidden and off the main roads. Good parking.

Compared to other CrossFit I think we have a stronger focus on appropriate scaling; coaches are great at judging capabilities and balancing safety and encouragement.
This box is GREAT! There are members at all levels of fitness. There is plenty of space and excellent equipment. I'm someone who usually doesn't like personal trainers, but the coaches here are AMAZING. They are very knowledgeable and able to help bring the best out of anyone, no matter what their fitness level is. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape.
