Decent gym, they have everything you need here and more. The space is a little small but there typically aren't too many people so it's not a problem. The staff are friendly and most of the patrons are too. My only complaint would be if you are working out near any of the windows the traffic and people walking by like to stare. Would be cool to see some privacy film put on the windows.
I was at this gym a couple years ago. It is a decent gym, but the owner was out of touch with what's going on in the gym, hired at least one questionable manager who was not very helpful, and was pretty cheap about upgrading/caring for equipment despite that $35 "club enhancement fee" that was illegally charged to gym members. (Has since been settled in court.) I only stayed at this gym for the location convenience. I have since joined a much better 24/7 gym.
Clean, huge compared to other Snap Fitness, and they have two shower stalls.
This is a great gym. The location is convenient, parking has always been available, and the gym always feels clean. Friendly and responsive management, and nice respectful fellow gym goers. Even though it's a pretty compact gym I've never felt cramped.
Adam keeps this place exceptionally clean and welcoming. He's friendly and helps out with questions or concerns. Great job!!
Don't go here... because I want to keep this place all to myself! ;)
Great little gym, nice helpful staff, building is always very clean, I really like this place!

Very clean facility and never have a problem finding an empty station for my workouts. Love that I can come any time of day, any day of the week, even on Christmas Eve and New Year's

Clean, nicely managed facility with state of the art equipment. Owner and management team are top-notch!
I've gone to a few snap fitness around the city and this location is by far the nicest. The equipment always works and if it breaks it's usually fixed within a week. It is also really clean, I see the manager walking around spraying down equipment, cleaning the windows, and vacuuming. His efforts are honestly the reason I think this gym is so nice. Great work!

Very clean facility; love the studio available for on-demand video workouts and stretching. The manager Eric is very quick to respond to questions and feedback. Really like this location!
I just visited Snap Fitness for the first time earlier today. As it was my first time, I did not know to take my card with me to what turned out to be a hallway for the bathrooms. I found myself locked out of both the fitness area and the bathrooms, but since I had passed an employee on his cell phone at a desk right next to that door, I figured I could knock and be let in again to grab my card and a key. When knocking didn't work, I used my cell to call the Snap fitness landline, which I could hear ringing on the other side of the door. No one picked up. In the end, I walked through the adjacent coffee shop and walked back around to the Snap entrance where someone let me in. I went back to the employee who was still on his cell phone, told him I was new to the facility, and needed to get the key for the restrooms. To my shock, he snapped at me that he was on a phone interview and that he would be with me in five minutes. I was not about to wait five minutes so I just asked him for the key, and he pointed to the wall where the keys were, rolled his eyes when I asked if either would work, and went back to his phone call. I was already on the fence about using Snap for workouts over the winter, but this experience has convinced me to stay away. I share a membership with my husband and have already cancelled it. I will let my colleagues know to avoid this location.
ETA- I see the owner of the facility has posted a response to my review. Let me add that I did not insist that he hang up the phone call to 'wait on me'; I simply needed quick directions, which he could have given me by asking the person he was on the phone with to hold briefly. Is that too much to ask? I also stayed in the gym for another 30 minutes and no one approached me to discuss the situation. You can pretend like your employee did nothing wrong, but he was beyond rude. I stand by my review.
Great facility. Eric, the manager is very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciate the newer treadmills. Best part is when on the treadmill I can look outside rather than having to watch TV. Has a great neighborhood feel to it.
I like the Snap Fitness chain as a whole, but this location is my favorite because of its convenient location. Right on the Green Line, and just off highways 280 and 94. However, this location does not have its own bathroom facilities, it shares with the rest of the building. This location also does not have a vending machine like other Snaps do. Still, it's clean and has a nice space for activities like kickboxing and yoga, etc.
I was recently at this club for my first time. It is well laid out, has a great layout with all the workout options I could want, and is clean and well kept. And I heard they are getting new equipment so I'm looking forward to my next trip!
