I really like working out here! It's welcoming and supportive (as a person with hip replacements, I have several modified movements that still allow for a great workout) After joining 10 months ago, I know I'm stronger. I also appreciate the connection with breath work at the end of class.

I have been doing Alchemy at the NE location for about a year and it has changed my life! The non judge mental environment plus the positive vibe is absolutely addicting! The staff is excited to meet new people and love to build connections with regulars! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great workout!

Best gym and community in town! No need to be intimidated, go in and give it a try. Super supportive coaches, awesome encouragement, killer jams and tons of modifications; making it accessible for all! There are great challenges throughout the year that help to keep things fresh and lots of class options. Also, your first week is free so you have nothing to lose! My favorite morning routine for the last 3 years, you should make it yours!

Alchemy made me fall in love with fitness again after taking many years off. It allows you to get into a class, turn your brain off, and challenge your body through the great formats and coaches they have! Plus, the community is amazing - if you haven't tried yet stop in and get the first week free! You won't regret it :)

Alchemy is the first fitness studio I've ever experienced that makes me want to work out every single day. Fitness used to be a chore for me, but I absolutely love going to Alchemy. The coaches are so welcoming, kind and encouraging. It feels awesome walking into this place and I feel amazing when I leave. I've been going for about two months now and feel better than I have felt in years. I can't recommend Alchemy highly enough.

I always get a great and new workout at Alchemy! I push myself much more than I would on my own. All of the coaches are very welcoming and encouraging! It's a really positive environment and community! Towels are free and there are clean showers and lockers. I highly recommend!!

An amazing workout that will change your body fast! yoga and cross training are a match made in fitness heaven -- packed into a fast paced 50 minute class. I cannot believe how strong I've gotten, not to mention these coaches know whats up! They are inspiring, intelligent, and extremely encouraging! If I could give it 10 stars, I WOULD! :)

I started my Alchemy experience with Alchemy North Loop but once the new location in NE Mpls opened, it was more convenient so I started attending my regular class lineup there. Quickly, I realized that the "underground" nature of the location felt a little bit like the best kept secret to my fitness success! It feels a little bit like Cheers, where everyone knows your name, a little like a fancy speakeasy and a lot like a great community I'm blessed to be a part of. The workouts vary each day and in 7 months, I've never done the same exact workout twice. I never have to worry about finding a spot to park or a station to workout at in the room - everyone is willing to make space because it's just one more person bringing energy into the workout. Specifically, the floor helps me hold planks longer, the towels are always fresh and ready and the showers are clean :)

Fabulous studio and coaches. What Alchemy A-10 and A-20 can do for you in 50 minutes is by far the best complete workout. Try it you'll love it!
Fabulous clothes/ gear at good prices as well.
