Inflexible policies, great yoga. I love the space at both their Minneapolis (now closed) and St. Louis Park spaces. I met truly wonderful teachers and fellow students there and did a really great "Yoga For Transformation" series there. A couple of years ago, I decided to do teacher training. It was a great course that was scaled for a nine month session. My experience is pretty extreme, but, unfortunate, which is why I have a hard time recommending them. About three months into doing my course, I found out that my cancer had come back and I needed to do immediate and massive abdominal surgery. It would be months before I would really be able to be very active as this was my third major surgery. Even after my surgery, I had to undergo major systemic radiation the following year. Although I tried to convey the seriousness of my condition, and that it was unlikely that I would be able to complete my course, they simply refused to refund me. I wasn't trying to get out of a program that I didn't like, I was physically unable to commit to it. It really disheartened me from this place as I felt their compassion was non-existent. So, I essentially spent over $3k for about three months of teacher training, and to this day, still continue to fight my cancer, which has been unrelenting. Wish I could give this a better rating, but, they get a big thumbs down from me.
