Inflexible policies, great yoga. I love the space at both their Minneapolis (now closed) and St. Louis Park spaces. I met truly wonderful teachers and fellow students there and did a really great "Yoga For Transformation" series there. A couple of years ago, I decided to do teacher training. It was a great course that was scaled for a nine month session. My experience is pretty extreme, but, unfortunate, which is why I have a hard time recommending them. About three months into doing my course, I found out that my cancer had come back and I needed to do immediate and massive abdominal surgery. It would be months before I would really be able to be very active as this was my third major surgery. Even after my surgery, I had to undergo major systemic radiation the following year. Although I tried to convey the seriousness of my condition, and that it was unlikely that I would be able to complete my course, they simply refused to refund me. I wasn't trying to get out of a program that I didn't like, I was physically unable to commit to it. It really disheartened me from this place as I felt their compassion was non-existent. So, I essentially spent over $3k for about three months of teacher training, and to this day, still continue to fight my cancer, which has been unrelenting. Wish I could give this a better rating, but, they get a big thumbs down from me.

Great studio with a mix of classes for all skill levels and practice types from more intense flow classes to meditation / Yin yoga. All the teachers have their own style, which I really like as well. Definitely worth checking out!

This is my studio. If you haven't gone here and are looking for a 5-star instructor, I highly recommend Cheri and Stacy. I have been to almost every instructor's class and these two are by far the best. I basically only go to their classes now. They radiate love and keep a super smooth flow using alot of different poses. I'm also a fan of Bridget, Holly and Zoe. I pay $130 for an unlimited monthly pass. I only go to the Saint Louis Park location because the Minneapolis location only has street parking and it's awful. Their clothes are pricey, but I like their schedule of classes. The reason I only give 4 stars and not 5 is because there are a few instructors that are really just not meant to be instructors. I've left a class feeling like *i* could have taught it better and I have social anxiety. So that's saying something.

Great Yoga - terrible customer service!!! For a yoga studio they are surprisingly inflexible.

I loved the yoga center but I moved out of their service area and when I canceled the membership I continued to be charged! When, in good faith I addressed the issue with the staff I was told that it would be easy to take care of only to be hit with a bunch of fine print, pure rudeness and derision.

It felt greedy and corporate. I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

Some small businesses deserve your support and a little extra cash. In this case save some grief and go to core power.

Excellent yoga center, the staff here are really dedicated to yoga in the true sense of the word. I am in their teacher training which I feel is of very high quality, our facilitator encourages use to think critically, there is a strong emphasis on yoga philosophy and mediation as the ultimate goal of asana. Asana/postures are taught safely, using the breath as the anchor.

Took Jen Colletti's prenatal yoga class Saturday morning and had a great experience. Intimate class and a great practice. I even learned a couple things about pregnancy and tips for labor. Highly recommend!
