I think that this club has a lot of potential. It seems it was once an example of what a Diamond club should or could be. For example, the layout is very unique, which I like. There are hidden hallways and rooms which gives it kind of an exclusive feeling. However, while I was here today, the whole place felt like it was 80 degrees, seemed that the air did not work. I have been to every Lifetime in the Minnesota area. For a Diamond Club, they really need to put some money into a revamp. Updated lockers, DOORS on the showers (they are wide open), get rid of all of the old equipment, ADD a HOT TUB, it needs a true CAFE also. I prefer the amenities of the Target Center Club, but this club is much closer to work for me. I wish I could order breakfast here. I also like that it's not a massive club, but it just needs a little more of a "wow" factor, similar to the Target Center Club, but at a smaller scale.

Not sure how this gym is a diamond level. The layout is very confusing and the locker rooms are literally a maze. The Des Moines location is much nicer and cleaner!

Overall this Lifetime is not that bad of a place to go but the staff here is awful and things could be updated. After reading other reviews, thinking I was alone on this matter. I too have had a few encounters with a girl of Mandy at the front desk when checking in. I have felt a few times she may been slightly hungover on a Saturday morning when I went to work out & was in the gym. She smelled like Vodka when I spoke with her and she was in fact sassy.

Spoke to a gal by the name of Mandy and she was rather rude and unhelpful of my situation pertaining my membership. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was one while giving attitude the whole time. I pay good money for my membership and all I expect is to be treated with the same respect I give any Lifetime staff.

Nice full court basketball gym downstairs and basketballs in good shape.

Consider demoting to a Gold Level club? The location in Plymouth is more deserving of diamond classification than this club.

I am disappointed in the service i have received at this club. I joined about 2 months ago and was told by the lady who signed me up that I would be contacted by a personal trainer to help me set up my free session. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I asked another person to get me in touch with a trainer and 2 weeks later nothing. This location is not modern and has a lot of quirks to getting in and out including bad parking. I do not feel like I am getting what I paying for. lifetime is loosing a member for life.

COME ON Lifetime, before you open up 30+ nationwide "Big Box" Lifetimes, get your originals up to par.

Other reviews have said it's clean but I am constantly picking up garbage and wiping down machines before I use them. It doesn't appear that the floors get vacuumed regularly. I have complained a couple of times to staff and have written a Yelp review. I am not sure if anyone there feels the way I do. The other club I go to is an Onyx club in White Bear Lake, that club is immaculate. I just wish that my Diamond club was at least as pristine as my Onyx club. Even if they would just start vacuuming regularly, maybe add a wipe dispenser and a garbage can in the loft off the track deck would make a big difference. I am hoping an update is in the works for this club in general. New shower doors in the women's locker room would be nice too.

Terrible company. They treat their staff and clients like just a number.

Honestly speaking , this place needs a huge revamp. It's a diamond level but truly doesn't deserve that level. The machines are old , the weights are rusty , the monitors on the machines are crappy and good luck trying to using the jacks to listen to the audio. The staff is great and it is kept very clean.
