Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the workout! Seems like a great workout for any fitness level and you can really make it as difficult as you like. Fun music and I'd definitely attend another class - the community seems very welcoming.

Going her has changed my life and fitness level. I'm healthier, I have more energy and I enjoy all the instructors - just go. it's perfect for people of any workout level and the instructors push just the perfect amount.
I have been rowing here for a year now. The energy is positive, the instructors are great and I am in better shape because of it! The workouts continue to challenge me and I don't plan on ending my membership anytime time soon.

Love! Knowledgeable trainers, small classes, great music. There are straight up rowing classes as well as rowing + free weights, mat exercises. Ive really enjoyed my first few weeks here!
