I am a yoga instructor myself and have taught many places, but have never felt like I was part of the community. Up Yoga is hands down one of the most amazing communities that I have practiced. I have searched for years to find a place like this and I have so much gratitude to have found this studio. Try it out and you'll be hooked! They offer a month of unlimited yoga to new students for only $40!! You won't regret it!
This place is great! They have a clean facility (lobby, yoga space, bathrooms, showers...), friendly staff, and their Ease Up class is theeee best. Go!
Great instructors, wonderful classes, and a very lovely environment. This is a great studio and a membership here was the easiest decision of my year.
I LOVE this place! No other studio has made me feel more at home than Up. The teachers are incredible, the space is beautiful, and the practice is powerful. I truly feel like a valued member of this community, and I've only been going for a couple months! Definitely worth showing UP for!

i LOVE this studio. it is the perfect little studio for south minneapolis. the classes are great and challenge you in the right ways. the teachers push you to go a little further in your yoga practice while making you feel powerful and strong. i urge everyone to go and check it out!

The best yoga studio in South Minneapolis! The studio is very community oriented and welcoming! The yoga classes are great for anyone from beginner to advanced. I always have a great workout every time I practice. I highly would recommend this studio to anyone who is curious about yoga or has been practicing for years!

Been an UpGraded member since they opened and I love the atmosphere here! Highly recommend the 6AM classes; great way to start the day and the instructors know how to get you moving! They always have something new going on at the studio and unique monthly workshops that are definitely worth checking out.

Amazing yoga studio; specializing in hot yoga! Expect to be welcomed into a community that is supportive, dynamic and willing to push your limits. This studio may be new but the teaching staff has a long history of teaching elsewhere. Also, walking distance to great brunches and neighborhood hot spots!

By far one of the best studios I've been to in a long time. I don't care that it takes me more than 15 minutes to get there--it's 100% worth it. I don't even look at who is teaching the class, just pick a time that works for you and go!
