I started using Jordan as a trainer to get in better shape overall (but mostly to look smokin' hot for an upcoming Vegas trip with my girls). Jordan was awesome! Jordan taught me more in several training sessions with him than I ever learned on my own. His methods and practices are things I still practice to this day! He pushed me as far as I could go but also recognized where I was staring from too. If your fitness is in Jordan's hands, you won't be disappointed
