Amazing community, some of the best coaches I've ever known, great workouts; I saw incredible results and made life long friendships!

The group fitness and crossfit classes are great. The staff and instructors are exellent. I highly recommend this health club.

Amazing gym for all skill levels! Coaches can accommodate any level from beginner to expert and fully healthy to returning from injury. Other gym members are great and help create a wonderful community where you can see friends at they gym and have fun before, during, and after classes.

Dropped in from out of town. Peter was great and got me signed in quickly even though he was doing some other stuff. WOD was challenging but scaled well for everyone in class. Peter was helpful and made sure to get around to everyone. Others in the class made me feel welcome and gave me some places to eat in the neighborhood. Great place.

I did a trial run here over a series of months, my first big push into the world of fitness. Coming in literally knowing nothing, and having been a very un-athletic individual up until that point in my life, I was nervous to dive into something with as crazy as a reputation as Crossfit. One of the coaches, Peter, communicated openly with me over email about this, and invited me to try a trial class. I had a blast, and the motivation the coaches provided helped me feel like this is something I could manage.

Two months later, and I'm feeling better then I ever have before. Seriously, worth it. Friendly coaches (my favorites are Peter, Matt, and Chris), space is well lit with warm lighting (why are so many OTHER gyms dim and dark?), and space/gear is really clean.

Overall a very positive experience.

I have done and trained for sports most of my life. After joining Twintown Crossfit, I got into the best shape of my life. It is challenging, but the coaches make it great fun and are aware of your own challenges, limitations and goals, pushing you with all that in mind. I am always amazed they remember that for each one of us. FOUNDATIONS classes are offered on unlimited basis for the first 2 months and are the best way to get you ready to start the technical moves of crossfit. It gets your condition improved and core stronger while each class concentrates on different technical movement with the option of adding some weight and a full workout at the end, which will get you huffing and puffing guaranteed. Length of your foundations attendance is solely up to you, how fast you learn the moves, although scaling is always available to perfect the movements or accommodate special conditions. And finally, it's a great community of members and coaches: fun, challenging and enriching.

Great community of people, very friendly and welcoming. Staff truly cares about everyone, plus they make coming to class fun. Challenging workouts - which is a GOOD THING. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel super strong!

I cannot recommend this place enough! If you have been curious about trying CrossFit or are just in need of a fresh, rewarding workout with some wonderful people head on over.

Before I joined I was a little intimidated by Cross Fit. However, the coaches at TwinTown are well trained, very attentive and genuinely determined to help you meet your fitness goals. Additionally, they program every workout so that it can be scaled for all abilities whether you want a little extra help or even more of a challenge. The class sizes are also small so you get a personal training experience without the added cost and will never be lost in the crowd.

This place has changed my life. I couldn't even do a single pull-up when I started, and now I can do 50 or more in a single workout. Awesome coaches and awesome community.

TwinTown Fitness is a huge reason I feel healthier, stronger and happier moving through everyday life. The staff are kind, considerate and inclusive people who truly care about your health and personal goals. The pre-workout (warm-up) and workouts have great variety and are thoughtfully planned out. I feel so lucky to have found this place.

Can't recommend it highly enough. Great place to work hard, improve, and do it with great coaches and teammates. I really appreciate the ability to push as hard as you can but having the guidance of the coaches to make sure that form is maintained which results in long term improvement and gains.
