I used to hate exercise before I came to Yogaquest. Now it's something I enjoy and so nearly everyday.
This is my favorite yoga studio by a mile. Their fun, geeky style makes yoga enjoyable rather than the tedium I feel at most yoga studios.
"They" helped me learn to love yoga and to love my body. Inclusive and accepting of all, YogaQuest has taken something that can be intimidating to those of differing "non-yoga" body types and makes the practice fun and accessible. With variety that includes everything from curvy yoga to kid classes...where do you go wrong?
YogaQuest is a fantastically accepting and supportive environment to practice yoga; I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, inside & out. ...also, it is super fun ;)
Great place for yoga classes, especially if you are a geek. Very accommodating studio, encourages you to work on your practice in a way that works for you. Strong theme of body acceptance.
