This is a great place to train Brazilian jiu jitsu; safe, clean and female friendly. Prof G and her team make sure that everyone gets constructive feedback so we students can maximize our class time. This is a positive and supportive environment for training with a fun team.
I have known the owner, Gina, for a number of years and have many friends that train there. For both instruction and to have an overall great time training (for either competition or recreation) it is hard to find a better place!
