Not only does this place have the worst customer service, but also the most unprofessional individuals working there. Never able to get in touch with anyone, lack of customer centered delivery, and very unhelpful. I spent over a month trying to resolve a cancellation and after emails, voicemails, contacting corporate, and the bbb, my membership was finally cancelled! Yet, I was charged for a month because the representative did not follow through on their part, blantantly lied and blamed it on me and refused to refund me. I will NEVER recommend this club specifically because of the service. It's sad we can't have a decent place here in the community.
