Best Snap! Wish it was closer to my home. Had bad reviews a few years back, but now it is a great place to work out. No music, but some people like that. Chan has music but the remodeling made it cluttered. People are serious and friendly. Focused on working out.

As a member of snap fitness, I hate going here between the hours of 4 and 7 pm. To many d bags taking up multiple pieces of equipment and not really using it. The gym it's self isn't that big and doesn't have a great variety of exercise equipment.

Clean gym. Usually not too busy.
2 restrooms. No showers. Free weights and machines.

Have had an outstanding experience at Snap Fitness EP club location! I have been a member for about 3 years now. Owner is dedicated and so personable! He was and has been super helpful and always available if I have a question about working out or nutrition. Great gym!!!

In this competitive market where it is all about great deals and customer services I guess the owner of the gym is happy with the few members he has and does not want any new members. I tried calling the gym a couple of times and was always greeted by the answering machine. When I finally got an appointment after trying for over a week. The manager/owner did not think it was necessary to show up!!! Adios Snap... will never come back and make sure not to recommend SNAP to anyone I know!!

I have had multiple billing issues. I was told as a courtesy the club was going to give me several months with no charge.....they of course charged me the following month. I have sent multiple emails and called numerous times with no response. I have asked that my membership be cancelled and they have not cancelled it. I had to eventually contact the bank to put a stop payment on funds due to their lack of response. I do not recommend this gym. Nobody is running it right now. The previous owner or manager skipped town as I was told and the new manager will not respond to my emails or voicemail requests.

I love going here for the convenience to my home. They did a great job remodeling the facility. I do not like the rude people here that do not consider that you may be using a machine or weights. It is a constant battle to get a full workout in.
