Great training staff.. other than that they beat around the bush with fine print etc. I signed up a few weeks before my BA and told them I'd be out two weeks and was wondering if I could put my payments on hold. I was told by, specifically, Danielle A. that I couldn't. The few weeks following the initial 2 weeks post op, I was getting text reminders about coming in and the training staff, specifically Riley, reached out a few times wondering what was up. Not a problem. I mentioned again wishing I could halt the payments with no further discussion following. In this same time fram, I was in school for EMT and studying for my national tests, which was more important than hitting the gym so it was definitely put on the back burner... Fast forward 4 months from surgery etc and in order to close my acct, I have to pay around $1000 lbs.... All I have to say, is read the fine print and don't let some chick with press on nails and no make up skills ruin your day :-)

Clean and big place. The aquatic area is not very appealing. I had a membership in 2017 when they applied my health insurance. It was only $15 per month. It was convenient for a while.

Amazing customer service. A very welcoming atmosphere which makes it easy to communicate what I want/need out of a gym. Caring and generous group of people in charge. Super happy to be working out here!

My better half and I joined this gym about 6 months ago. We drive by a couple different Anytime locations to come to this one. Their setup is spacious and their staff is amazing. We take both the Personal Training Classes and Team Training Classes every week. The workouts are challenging and the trainers do a great job of accomodating all levels of fitness. I have belonged to large gyms in the past and prefer the atmosphere here where I am greeted by name everytime I come and look forward to returning every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My better half and I joined this gym about 6 months ago. We drive by a couple different Anytime locations to come to this one. Their setup is spacious and their staff is amazing. We take both the Personal Training Classes and Team Training Classes every week. The workouts are challenging and the trainers do a great job of accomodating all levels of fitness. I have belonged to large gyms in the past and prefer the atmosphere here where I am greeted by name everytime I come and look forward to returning every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I join this Anytime about four months ago. I LOVE IT! The gym itself has great equipment that is well maintained. It is spacious, with several different areas for whatever I feel like doing. I went to another Anytime in the Cities and it was sooo small. It made me realize how nice this one is! If I had gone to the other one first there is no way I would have joined. All of the staff and trainers are great! This is the first gym I have felt like people were nice, caring, and helpful towards my goals. Jess, the manager goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is super helpful. The trainers (Gary and Kayla) I have worked with have been great at encouraging and pushing me, but also knowing what my limits are and adjusting accordingly. Over the past four months I have lost weight, am so much stronger, and more importantly feel so much better. I am so happy that I joined this gym!

Gym is ok. Fair amount of space, and equipment. Not very heavy dumbbells. Trainor's don't seem to follow any etiquette. They never clean up after themselves, take up multiple pieces of equipment at once. Also don't correct on bad form.

I posted 7 months ago with a bad review, but the new ownerships is way better and was able to fix the issues the old ownership had.

Wonderful facility. But make sure you CONFIRM with them you will be reimbursed before signing ANYTHING.
They promised my insurance would cover "no problem after 60-90 days". And then it didn't happen. Their response: "oops sorry".
Like I said, it's a wonderful facility and kept in great condition but make sure they don't screw you out of extra money that they promised to save you.
Update: Jess waived by cancellation fee and was deeply apologetic about the previous club manager. I have made it a 5 star again. Would definitely return if I need a gym membership.

I really can't say enough good things about this anytime location. Good mix of equipment, open spaces and cardio options. Showers and changing rooms are plentiful and spacious. Staff is friendly and constant working to add new equipment or create a better space or include new equipment. I'm also good without loud overhead music but that is a personal preference.

This location is close to my office. Good convenient location with good parking. I go around 11:00am. Always plenty of equipment, never need to wait. Love the precor treamill. Facility is neat clean. Not the big crowds like at other big clubs, no pressure environment. Great business model.

Probably one of the best run Anytime Fitness gyms I've ever seen. Great staff who are very responsive when issues arise. I'll be a long time member here.

Only one BIG issue with this club is you can't cancel your membership. I have tried for over a year. I have tried to cancel with the club with ABC Financial and for a month or 2 it goes away and then they process the payment again. I left 2 other Anytime Fitness clubs in the past without any issues so the issue is with this club. I have turned in my fob so I can't even go to a different club enough times to get it transferred there so I can quit. First time I have ever written a negative post like this.

The energy and atmosphere is portrayed right when you walk in and throughout the gym. Get in with a trainer and take advantage of those 3 FREE personal training sessions. They'll help you more comfortable in the gym and teach you a few workout techniques. Great place and people.

Superior customer service, premier-level personal training - group sessions/live training, tons of space compared to other Anytime Fitness gyms, awesome members/community, and really convenient/easy to access.

I joined Anytime Fitness in Eden Prairie about a month ago and their entire staff made the process so easy! Cambria and Joel did a great job getting me up and running and familiar with all they have to offer. Gary has been my trainer and has actually made working out fun and a positive experience.
I would highly recommend not only Anytime Fitness, but the Eden Prairie location because their people are great!

I love EP Anytime. I've been a member at a few different Anytime Fitness locations in the Twin Cities and Eden Prairie is BY FAR the best. Clean, friendly staff and great environment.

Absolutely fantastic location! The staff (management / trainers) are friendly, encouraging, and always willing to help out. The equipment is clean, well kept, and very rarely too busy to use.
I highly recommend joining Anytime Fitness even if you only use this location!

I like talking with the staff and being welcomed. The gym has lots of light which is nice in the winter. It is really big and has a huge variety of machines and equipment.
