Your Time Yoga is amazing! Julie, the owner and instructor, is very positive & makes everyone feel comfortable. I recommend you find "TIME" to attend!

This is a small class that gives me individual guidance when I am in need of it. It is close to my home and has a nice flexable calendar of classes. Julie, the instructor is easy to follow and has a most pleasent personality. I am finding my flexability!
