Cannot rave enough about ONX. The instructors are great and always have phenomenal instruction and music choice. The studios are always clean. There is a variety of apparel and other yoga themed goods if you want to browse. From Burnout (high intensity circuits) to Candlelight Yoga( low intensity) there is something for everyone!
ONX is hands down the best yoga studio in MN. Sophie brings it every Sunday morning, I always leave feeling energized and ready to kick off my week. The location and parking make this drive a breeze from South Minneapolis. Give it a try!
I love this studio! The classes are accessible for any fitness level and all of the teachers are so kind and welcoming. The burnout classes kick your butt in the best way possible and the cardio dance classes are a blast and a great workout. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
if you want to spend your money on a good workout - look no further. Onx is the best yoga/yoga sculpt in town! All of the teachers are exceptional - Ginny, Sasha and more. Sophie teaches the BEST classes with the best playlists. Every class is challenging but always worth it. Seriously, I guaranteed you won't ever waste your time or money. I cannot speak highly enough about Onx! Definitely try it out - you'll be hooked.

I've been to sculpt and power yoga, both were spot on great! Looking forward to trying burn out and barre.
Fantastic in every way. A great variety of classes, FRIENDLY staff and instructors, convenient location (just off 35E), and a wide variety of interesting events. It is obvious that great care has been put into the development and operation of this studio. Highly recommend to everyone!

My wife, daughter and I are so happy to find such an amazing studio so close to home. Working out together has been so motivating for all of us. The variety of classes that ONX offers is wonderful but their incredible instructors keep us coming back. Thank you to Sophie and everyone at ONX and we are looking so forward to a very Healthy 2018!

I have been to this studio off and on for a couple of years. I recommend this to ANYONE. I love their candlelight yoga (it's terribly hot, but the sweat feels amazing). I also enjoy bar. I plan on purchasing more classes this coming year.

I love this place
I never thought I would embrace Yoga, but the Sculpt classes have given me renewed energy to work out. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and I now truely enjoy 'Celebrating my sweat!'
