I just started working out here a couple weeks ago and I'm loving it so far. I never have to wait for machines or weights. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went into this location to cancel my membership and was informed that I just had to pay my last month fee and would not be charge anything else. The next day I look at my account and was charged an additional 42 plus my monthly fee of 21. Make sure your employees are informed and trained that are taking care of customers accounts. All said and done when something is mis represented take care of the customer. I would not recommended planet fitness to any of my friends

Awesome place; plenty of equipment, I like the set up. It allows you to focus on specific areas of your body with plenty of space. It's always clean and staff is helpful and friendly. The hydro massage and massage chairs are out of this world, crazy feel good!!!. If you go I urge you to sign up for the black card membership, so worth your money!!

P.F. stopped notifying my health insurance provider of my attendance at their gym so I could be reimbursed for my monthly fees. I called Kelsey, who was identified as the Manager, twice and she told me that she would check into it but I didn't hear back from her. When I called a third time she seemed bothered that I'd called again and she told that the information had been resubmitted but couldn't tell me when I would be reimbursed for the past three months of fees. She became rude and started talking over me, interrupting me as I tried to talk. If she has customer service skills, they certainly weren't on display. Although I like the gym in general, I won't renew my membership because of the poor customer services.

The peiple are great here. Always having a smile and willing to help. Wish the messagea were actually 15 minutes instead of 10. Other than that a good place to go and the price is right.

Always has been good. Employees are great. Place is always clean. Realize cell phones are an item but is annoying when people talk so loud and long.

This place has a good selection of weight machines and the equipment is spread out by a decent amount (unlike Anytime Fitness).
However, I don't like the atmosphere in this gym because it doesn't at all feel premium with how they have yellow walls with a black ceiling. Those colors make me want to hurry up and get out of here.
Plus, some of the equipment here is worn out and in need of being replaced.
I recommend looking into LA Fitness instead, because although they're slightly more expensive, they have a much better looking interior and they offer a lot more features, such as more weight machines and a pool.

I enjoy the gym. I get a good work out and everyone is polite. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My daughter is a trainer and misses some of the amenities of a bigger gym, but she also enjoys working out here

Great value gym. Takes a while for broken items to get fixed. Never too busy that you cannot get on a treadmill, but some weight machines will get bogged down during busy times

This gym is great! Spacious, super friendly staff! The thing I don't like is how packed it gets between New year's and memorial day but that's kinda every gym and at least you see some funny ( very inventive) workouts...

However, I did not give this 5 stars because recently they had stopped stocking the tanning bed rooms with cleaning supplies. I find this disgusting and would much rather continue to clean the beds myself before and after each use, to make sure they're clean to my standards.

Pretty decent sized gym. It has everything you need for a workout and the staff are pretty friendly. Love the tanning and hydromassage.

mean, rude, snobbish staff. very unprofessional management. Got berated by one employee in front of other members for asking to use the massage chair for the 3rd time.

I recently joined in this gym staff is very bad while the agreement with them they never say buyout fee. now am planning to quit gym they charging me 60$ buyout fee this is so rude .this gym is making money with the wrong way this is not good. they already charged me 40$ membership fee. this is not good. please make sure to them agreement .this gym is running as individually. even 1 star is also big for them

I recently joined Columbia Heights. Nice and clean, friendly staff except one grouchy guy. Can't expect miracles! Nice locker room. For the price of membership, it's a real bargain! I don't need a pool anyway. I go for weights and ellipticals, treadmills. Nice private area for the higher priced membership, which is still a steal. I wish they had real towels to wipe your machine instead of paper ones, no big deal. I recommend this hassle-free gym!

LA Fitness is a little bit more, but they're a lot nicer and they offer a lot more features, such as more weight machines and a pool. Most importantly, the LA Fitness locations all have a drastically nicer interior, and they don't require a contract.

This place is Just alright. it's worth the extra $10 to get the unlimited massage. there is a bit of negativity here however, it's a bit unwelcoming but there's always room for improvement in every business

Awsome atmosphere, great staff, clean facility.. Definatly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to workout.... All equipment easy to use for those beginner's looking to start..
