We have been to a few parties at another location. And our daughter loved each party she went too, so UAT was the choice this year. Since it can get very loud and we have a son who can get overwhelmed in loud places. We opted for the private room package with a host. If your planning a weekend party I would highly recommend this. The room provided a place for everyone to get away from the outside noise.
The ultimate party pack and isn't cheap but well worth the money as there was very little party prep for me to do. And with a party host I could relax and enjoy the party too.
First time visiting. awesome place and atmosphere. LT AT FRONT DESK AND MANAGEMENT ARE AMAZING. LT completely amazed me with her energy and the way she performed her job. She made us feel welcomed, explained and provided info about memberships and other things. HER ENERGY AND HAPPINESS made me HAPPY and energized! Amazing person and deserves a 5 star review!!!
This is our first time having a birthday party at this place and it went well! Our hostess Camille went above our expectations. She knew how to handle every situation with every resource. We were glad it was not super busy, so we were able to stretch our legs further. The birthday package was the perfect fit for our needs. Glad we had our hostess to ourselves.
Overall, the price is fair but definitely not cheap. Worth every penny if you want service. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. It was pretty stress free except trying to locate where the kids ran off.

This location is amazing. We came into town for a few days and needed some activity. This location's customer service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was superb. The staff made sure we knew where everything was and checked in on my daughter and I. The facility was absolutely spotless. You can tell the staff takes price in their work by their customer service and by how clean the facility was. We will be back, next time we are in Minnesota.
I was very pleased with my visit the other day. There are many great attractions, fit for all ages. I took my grandson in and he had a blast, as did I. I love that this is not just a trampoline park, much more fun than Sky Zone or Zero Gravity. The food in the cafe was not as bad as i thought it would be. The staff were all very nice and engaging with the children. Special thanks to Brii, a shorter blonde girl, she was very nice with my grandson and other children, as well has holding a nice conversation with me. Always encouraging the little ones on the extra bouncy trampolines, and making sure everyone was safe. I like that her and the other staff are not rude to kids if they break a rule, they correct them in a nice and fun way. I was overall very happy with this visit. I will definitely be returning.

Great communication. I experienced a communication issue with their phone lines, but after they realized I was trying to reach them, I quickly received a phone call and couldn't be happier. We are super excited to attend our scheduled birthday party!

Awesome place, it fairly reasonably priced for how long you can go. All of the equipment also holds adults, its a terrific place for all ages they have a HUGE ball pit obstacle course. They have a TON of trampolines also have rock climbing/climbing walls that you get to repel down after. Everything is very safe they have a super fun zip line and a high walk area with obstacles to go over. It's all indoors doesn't get very busy which means short lines! I haven't been to a birthday party there before but I have seen them and they look super fun! Might have to have my kids party there. Over a awesome place!!

Fun Fun Fun! My husband and I brought our 2 yr old son, we ALL had a blast. Lots for the little ones to do. Will be going again and again for sure
Great place for kids of all ages. They do a great job with birthday parties. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We had kids from 2-18 years all enjoying their time on the different equipment. The staff also do a great job at crowd control and safety. Will definitely be back!

The place was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon but we got to enjoy a family day out without crowds and in a clean and safe environment. It is spacious enough to be busy without it being overwhelmingly crowded.
If this establishment offered year passes we would buy it on the spot!

Reasonable priced for kids 5 and under and for parents. Food is typical concession stand food but also reasonably priced. So much to do. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. It was very clean and well taken care of as well.
My kiddos love Urban Air. Urban Air is great for all ages and abilities. With having three kids at different ages and abilities UA fits all our needs. This is a great place to have fun as a family. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!!
Urban Air is a great adventure park for all ages! While my 10 & 7 year old are busy bouncing out their energy or running through the amazing obstacle courses my 2 year old is having a blast climbing through the indoor playground. Best entertainment a mom can ask for!

We waited in line at the grand opening and got some free trampoline time each week for the year. The kids love this place, there's a lot of different activities for everyone.
It was a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional.
