Dropped in at this box and couldn't have been happier. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and inviting. During the workout everyone was encouraging and never once made me feel like I didn't belong there. Patrick is friendly and knowledgeable, workouts were challenging and good. This box definitely has the community mind down. I wasn't home but I didn't really feel like it while I was there!

Dropped in today. Was immediately welcomed, checked in, and introduced to the class. Challenging WOD, great coaching, and CLEAN. Definitly will come back next time I'm in town.

I am 9 months into CrossFit and I am so glad I picked this gym to make the switch. Pat is a great coach and has some great programming. The community at the gym is fun and supportive and this makes the workouts even more fun.

Great size box and the owner/coach has great intentions. I was in town for 2 weeks and didn't want to pay a drop in fee every single time so he definitely worked with me. Great programming and I highly recommend checking this place out if you are In the area.
My first official CrossFit experience. No shame here when you have trouble learning the exercises. Both the coaches and other members take the time to help you learn what you've got to do. The programming makes CrossFit much more accessible than following the daily WOD.
