Today is Thanksgiving and I want to share how Grateful I am for Yoga By Blisstopia in Blaine. I have a daily hot yoga practice that transforms my day. Every day I am welcomed, inspired and refreshed by the classes the instructors thoughtfully guide. The workshops are great too! I was looking for an early morning yoga class in the northern suburbs and came across Blisstopia at exactly the right time. I found the website easy to navigate, and full of info. When I created an account, I got a text message welcoming me and offering answers to any questions I still had. arriving at the studio, I was greeted by name, which showed they know their members. The studio was neat and welcoming. Even the members in the class were friendly and excited to give praises to the business, the instructors and the owners, unsolicited. I can't wait to go back and likely become a regular!
I was visiting Minnesota for the weekend and had the pleasure of attending one of Lana's classes. What an incredible, unforgettable experience with an amazing atmosphere and healing environment. I encourage everyone to go try a class out!!!
This place is great! With morning and afternoon classes you can find an hour any day of the week to go. The instructors take care to appreciate all students and the community is very welcoming. Lana the owner holds accountability to your plan of action, which makes this little studio feel like your home away from home. There's even extra classes offered to take your technique/ fitness/ or health further. This place is all about the body and mind health; no juice cleanse or weight loss plan. Simple and good.

Yoga by Blisstopia is amazing! I started with Beginning Yoga because I did not have any experience. The variety of classes helps to match what I am looking for. The teachers are great, the studio is lovely and the people are so caring. It has changed my life. I have focused on strength, flexibility and stamina.

Lana recently lead my Daring Way group in a session of Yoga. It was so powerful. We all left with more awareness and attunement within ourselves. She is amazing.
Yoga by Blisstopia has become my yoga home. Lana and her trained staff are very warm and welcoming. I enjoy the variety of classes and intensity levels, and have grown to love the hot power yoga. It has been a great physical challenge for me!! The studio is amazing and I would recommend becoming a member:)

This team is awesome! I'm completely new to yoga as of a few months ago, and they have made the experience fantastic in every way. The benefits are astounding, and the atmosphere here has me coming back over and over. So welcoming!
I feel honored and lucky to be an instructor at Yoga by Blisstopia. We are encouraged to structure classes in our own personal styles, and the students seem so appreciative of all our diverse perspectives..

My husband and I had a fantastic night at the Art of Connecting. We laughed and laughed and played and laughed more. I felt a load of stress Tumble off my back! Grounded yet floating! Ahhh
I am so excited that Blaine has a yoga studio again and hot yoga too. Consistency on practicing yoga has allowed me to be more flexible. A few weeks ago, I remember the first class I was having a hard time getting my finger tips to the floor in a standing forward bend. Now I can bend over with straight legs and full palms to the floor!! Thank you to all the trainers. You are all professional, friendly, and a great addition to our community!
Lana is amazing. Her spaces are healing and inclusive to all people. She lives a yogic lifestyle on and off the mat. She is continuing to always better her skills and pass them on to others. Her skill set is vast, her attitude positive...I cannot wait to teach for her at this new healing space in Blaine! I cannot wait for the studio to open at the end of the month!! I NEED MY YOGA!!

So much appreciation for the owners Lana and Mark. They care so deeply about bringing holistic health to the community and are very invested in their team. Also, this studio has a strong teaching team with many talented teachers who I am so grateful to learn from.
I've been to two classes (so far). The Candlelight Yoga is so centering and relaxing. The Vinyasa Flow is just the right about of challenge. I look forward to my next class!
This yoga studio has such a great space to practice in. The teachers are all different in their styles which makes it such a wonderful place to learn about yoga, on and off of the mat. I have practiced in a heated studio for many years and their Hot Bliss Yoga studio is truly something to appreciate. I would recommend this yoga studio to anyone who is newly starting out, a long-term practitioner, looking for holistic care (they provide Reiki, energy work, healing touch AND health & wellness coaching), and amazing workshops.
