Best gym ever. Very nice place and by far the best. Also the owner is amazing.
The coaches around this place are very nice and the environment is always clean. I have worked out in multiple locations and this one has to be one of my favorites. The best aspect about this gym is the staff. I love that I come here to workout I don't feel overwhelmed with a crowded gym. Hats off to to this wonderful place. Superb!
This Gym used to be a great gym at one time. it has good size pool, hot tub steem room, etc. however the building is old. so everything inside is noticeable to be old. some remodeling was done. i had membership there for 3 month, fees are very reasonable. I tried lifetime fitness and L. A fitness big difference.
like any other gym, you can take a tour and free pass to try it.
I just joined The Forum and I must say I have never walked into any establishment and felt more welcomed!! The young lady who signed me up was so extremly friendly and when I returned yesterday with my daughter to kick off our new journey to a healthier lifestyle Eric made us feel so comfortable and pumped up to achieve our goals!! This facility is very clean and has so much to offer. Some of the members could tell we were new and went out of their way to encourage us and make us feel part of the family!! You DEFINITELY feel the love here!!
This is the only gym I've ever really felt comfortable using. The staff is always very friendly and obviously enjoy what they do. The facility is usually pretty clean and never too busy. I can always use whatever facilities I came for without wait times. There's also several classes during the day and evening that are great for all levels. I love the stretching and yoga classes, the instructors make it really easy and comfortable to work at your own level without making you feel less-than the other participants.
I dont recommend it at all. It's not clean very low services some of the staff are prejudice the owner is 100% prejudiced. also very old machines for the money you can join the best an newer gym.
Do not recommend this gym to anybody, most of the workout machines don't work, from treadmills to weight machines and they don't have a variety of machines anyways, they're not organized and have very low customer service, and rude staff. They do not help and don't answer your questions and what they care about is money. Staff is not only rude but they're offensive and on purpose and try their best to get under your skin. From personal experience, would not recommend this gym to anybody because for the price and staff and gym that they have, there are so many better places than this dump. Very bad experience and do not recommend it whatsoever.
They're very un-proffesional, have arrogant staff plus a show off owner who's pregidous, they treat members who have been at this gym for years not welcome. They have a very dirty gym that is un organized, with very dirty pools that are probably not even fit to be open. I personally would not recommend this gym to anybody and if I could give a zero star rate I would
This gym is filled with some very disrespectful staff members who are very mistreatful and arrogant people and the gym itself is very filthy and dirty and the bathrooms and showers are extremely disgusting and lastly this gym is filled with some very racist and disrepectful staff members I would not recommend this gym for anyone because it is just terrible

They allowed men to shove you in the pool and scream at two women swimming and working out to music in the pool. They took the man's side and asked us to move. They condone assault and rude child behavior.
Very clean love the hot tub and pool and sauna.starting out at my own pace staff very friendly and helpful!!!
I go for the classes and activetrax! The staff know me by name here! Many of our friends have shown interest after visiting the gym with us. I would like the pool to be warmer and I guess it can't be helped theday the shower doors are clear. I think they do it more for the safety issue. Overall I give 4.5 stars! I like the indoor track and the classes!

The costs are low for what they offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the plase very clean. I spend my time in the pool hot tub sauna and dry heat room. This alllows people with arthritis a place to work out with out pain and damage to their bones.i have lost weight and firmed up by doing what i love being in the water.

good place, need to keep up on cleaning, trainers are knowledgeable, very friendly staff. They are updating the inside now, carpet/paint etc.... hopefully lockers are next.

Best place to go and workout or take some amazing classes! Definitely try Zumba or DSko... they are awesome!

The pool smells over chlorinated though, and a woman had her 9 to 11 year old son in the dressing room. The shower stalls have see through coatings. I'd prefer the saunas were unisex. I've not tried the tanning equipment yet. But overall, a comfortable place to exercise.

I would request management exterminate because I have seen spiders, ants, and centipedes. I bring a small bottle of spray and continue to enjoy my spa experience. Otherwise, for what I was looking for to continue water therapy recovery from an auto accident, I would give them five stars!
A well rounded exercise experience with classes and variety of equipment and hot and wet sauna and hot tub and swimming pool!! Love it, and I get to go in the afternoon when it's not so busy. Great experience for me and my husband.
Bad customer service. Quoted incorrect price. Given completely different information over the phone. Price was double in person when I arrived. Wasted my time. Very frustrated. Quoted 39$ for a package that was "month to month cancel anytime". After I arrived I was told I had to pay for "first and last month" i never heard of a month to month where you pay your "last month" up front. When I tried telling the man that he NEVER told me about a "last month" fee over the phone he responded by telling me that he told me that. Which this was a 3 way call when I initially called I had 2 other people interested in going listening and never was anything other than the 39$ brought up. Anyways he went on to say the "first and last month" waived the 99$ fee!!! What! What! Another fee that was NEVER mentioned over the phone. I grabbed my money and debit card and left. I don't know how many other unmentioned "fees" I avoided by just walking away instead of bothering to argue about the quoted price I was given over the phone. Just a waste of my time. Feel like I was lied to just so they could get me in the door to try upselling me more stuff. I also called and double checked the "39$" price TWICE before going up there. Not a single person mentioned any other fees to me at all. Talked to 3 people total before going up there as I had never worked out before and had many questions. But as soon as I pulled my debit card out all anyone could talk about was these fees. Just extremely disappointed as my family went here when I was growing up and never had issues.
