Great Family/Team atmosphere. Coach Carlos really cares about students and works very hard to help boxers progress. Boxers are very welcoming and love to work hard. No experience needed. You get a great work out around awesome people while learning a lot.

I've found Carlos to be quite inspiring. The place has all ages and skill levels of boxers. Carlos and his team is quite welcoming of everyone. If you're on the fence, then I recommend you give this gym a shot and you'll be hooked.

Best boxing coach! He works well with all ages. If you want a personal trainer for weight loss, get into shape, or want to learn how to box this is the gym to go to!

I've been going here for a little over a year now and it was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made! I highly recommend coming here before other places if your'e looking for a boxing gym
