This my home gym and I live it here. Always clean, friendly staff. I go earlier in the morning and I never have to wait for equipment. The women's locker room is spacious and clean including the showers.

Generally the girls clean up behind themselves on the machines and instead of digging into the men they make sure to keep someone cleaning around constantly. As a germ conscious person this is relieving. Staff is great. And I just go as a gust and they're still accommodating ill take pics next time

This is by far the best experience I have had with a gym. Dedicated staff to coach you to your fitness goals and encourage you through the workouts.

This post has been edited as initially gave it 4 stars several months ago but now I can't really justify giving it 1 due to the so called Costumer Service. Some people should never work with human beings in any kind of manner, probably should stay away from animals as well. Learn how to solve a problem, or at least act like you care and understand how you're system can take a payment online automatically like it's set up to do but than tell your customer it's not paid. That statement doesn't even make sense. You guys need to better coordinate with your online memberships. We pay but can't work out because you're system sees we paid but you're saying we didn't. My account says I paid...wth.

Nice clean gym with good staff. They keep the bathrooms clean and it feels like a friendly environment. A little smaller than other gyms but it has everything you need. It also has good prices with automatic charge to your debit/credit card so it saves the hassle of paying every month in person.

I love it! Very encouraging and healthy. Pricing is excellent and very workable. Everyone no matter their income, can come to Planet fitness and get to live a healthy lifestyle. Awesome!

I will only come to this location if I absolutely have no other options. Its too small and crowded. They literally dont have a stretching area but have 2 sections for abs?? I tried to get to the machine with all the bars for stretching but because it was so crowded there were people literally on the floor in front of it trying to stretch also. So I just did what stretching I could in the walkway by the treadmills when nobody was coming. Other than that the staff was okay and I didnt have too much trouble finding an open treadmill.

Too cold in here. The ceiling fans spin at such a high speed and the heat is kept extremely low. Yes, it's been mentioned to the staff and for some odd reason nothing can be done. Turn one fan off. Turn the heat up a little. Why are only those who are warm provided support and service? Those who are cold because of the fans deserve equal treatment and help. One fan can be turned off. Please help.

You get exactly what you pay for. The only rude people are the other patrons. Many sit on the machines taking breaks and goofing around on their phone.

Been a black card member for over 6 yrs, been at the Taylor location since March 2015 & never had an issue until today! I'll be looking for a new gym! "Jennifer" needs to be properly trained in customer service! Don't waste your money here! Extremely rude and unprofessional service!

Don't drink your preworkout before showing up! Place is waaaay too crowded. Regardless of what the hourly schedule says for when it's busy or slow. If you want to use dumbbells for a workout, don't bother. There's never any space and not enough benches. Apparently judgement free means rule free, idiots using weight racks to lean on while they workout. Lifting right over the weights, don't worry I don't need to use them. If you want to do cardio, there's plenty. Staff is nice and does a great job. But if this is always a problem, fix it. Add benches, more dumbbells. Guess it doesn't matter since we're locked in to pay anyway.

I give Planet Fitness 3 stars, only because it is clean and has nice equipment. Cons: Do not even think about bringing a gallon jug into this place, unless you expect to keep it in your locker. You also cannot place a hoodie on the floor, on your treadmill ETC. Its very hard for me to get a "serious" workout in this place because I am too concerned with how the staff will react..

I am a black card holder and the people and staff there are just friendly they always have a smile on their face they stay busy all the time what would the help with anything you need the place has a great atmosphere and when you're there sometimes you just don't want to leave you lose track of time.

Signed up for $10 down $10 a month the place is very clean very very friendly staff I enjoy going to the gym with hopefully the added bonus of losing some pounds and meeting great people

The guys are nice, the girl staff not so much. I had an issue with billing and instead of the girl looking at the my account and figuring out things she just refused my screen shot of my bank info and basicly told me to bad. The next time I went back and spock to the guy with the beard he looked and fixed everything that was missed and was way friendlier.

Good place to go if you're not into the typical gym format. The feel is definitely different in most Planet Fitness locations. The staff here is excellent and they always seem to get new people who fit the similar mold.

We work out and Tan at Planet Fitness daily. Its clean and the bulbs in the beds are always new. There beds are the best out of the surrounding planet fitness locations hands down.

Meh, it's a planet fitness. Too many machines and hardly enough space to stretch or do calisthenics. Facility is always clean and in good condition.

I've been to a large number Planet Fitness around the east side of the country and this one is okay but not great. It's always clean so no worries there but there equipment does not have as many selections as some others do, the tanning beds could be updated, and little things like there is no bottle refill on the drinking fountain or plaque to hang your keys on.
