Always willing to answer questions and very helpful. I never run into any problems or feel unwelcome...Very professional and caring.

Amazing place for people to start in terms of gyms. Welcoming atmosphere at all times. It doesn't have nearly as many amenities as Lifetime, but is relatively very cheap.

Set it apart from the rest of the pack.
A staff member is usually seen wiping down the equipment mopping and or vacuuming the place truly does Sparkle considering the hundreds of people that use it everyday.
Also the locker rooms smell fresh they do not smell like a Junior High football team thankfully.

This gym I visit almost daily. They always keep everything fairly clean, I never really come across anything disgusting. Staff is always friendly and I feel it's a nice comfortable environment to do any type of workout.

Manager in the morning very antisocial.. no Smiles no good morning nothing.. should not be working the front seeing as how she represents the company.. first person you see when you walk in the door should be friendly..

I love this place haven't worked out in 8 years
Just got back into it and I feel great without the pressure I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle

Extremely helpful staff (Jon & Kira) both work really hard at keeping the gym clean and will-maintained. Just a great place to work out!

Great gym but when someone goes crazy with the medicine ball watch out it gets loud and obnoxious!

Normally I go to the PF in Utica but occasionally I hit this one if I have time on my way to work. The gym itself is fine but for the love of God please add another torso twist. I can't count how many times I've almost been late because I waited for 20 minutes for some dingus to get off the machine that they arent even using properly. Like I said nothing wrong with the gym I'm just salty

friendly staff, clean environment, nice equipment, nice vibes overall. I even use the showers there and I have 0 complaints.

Excellent place to get back into a gym or for the first time! I haven't been in a long time, and I feel very comfortable and inconspicuous. Very clean facilities. Staff is friendly and always very busy cleaning; and it shows. Did I mention it's only $10 a month?!?!? For another $10, you'd get unlimited tanning, hydromassage, and several other perks. Class schedule is easily available, but could be a little easier to understand...

The place is spacious and clean. Nice selection of workout equipment.
The staff needs some work. Customer service is not a strong suit. Not on the floor at least. What a joke.

Phenomenal gym! I was truly petrified at the idea of going to a gym because I'm overweight, but after just a couple visits I'm not even the slightest bit uncomfortable! Great staff, very clean machinery and locker rooms, and people truly don't care about what you're doing or even look at you. Highly recommend!

Helpful, friendly staff especially the trainer, Durand.
Could use much larger free weight area, because it gets crowded even in the early afternoon around 3. I would hate to see what it's like around 6.
Locker rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Have used the hydro massage table; a nice quick massage. Wish they had a temperature selection. Because the water seems way too hot for me.

This gym is my main gym for summer, there are no free weights which is the only disadvantage of this gym. It is very clean though, every section of the gym has a cleaning station and you wipe down the equipment you were just using. Everything is purple and everyone is very accepting there. Great starter gym unless you are a body builder.

Nice gym and staff. Seems to be a older PF as other locations ive been to have nicer and newer machinces.
Large locker room and showers. Have free pizza on the first monday of the month. Worth the 20 bucks
