I've been to alot of gyms in the area & I think the people that go to this gym are the most enjoyable to be around. It has a great atmosphere & the staff is good too

The trainers and workers are helpful and friendly, I have no problem asking for advice. The facility is clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Best gym I've been a member to so far

I really feel comfortable and at home at Powerhouse! I can seek help if I need it and everyone is willing. I love how clean the facility is and it is super close to my house! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Got everything needed to het a great overall workout and unlike places like planet fitness they have enough weight and equipment to do everything i want to do. Staff was cool and was happy i could pay month to month, unfortunately my 1 momth was $60, not terrible but not cheap

Equipment is not maintained. I used a treadmill and the belt slips, this is definitely a safety issue.

Recently started going here after a friend recommended it. I was previously going to a large fitness club and got tired of how overcrowded it always was and was hesitant to make the switch but so happy now that I did! The gym has everything I need and even during peak hours is never overcrowded. About a month after starting, one of the person trainers, Will, offered me a free session. I never thought I would consider doing personal training but I thought my workouts were good and Will seriously whooped my butt! I'm now summer ready a month before my goal and it definitely would not have been possible without the help. A huge thank you to Will for pushing me beyond my limits!

Great staff awesome machines nice people all around....1-15-18 update credit card company locked my card , didn't tell me Powerhouse made a automatic payment . Payment was declined Powerhouse charged me $17.99 for a decline payment.....they wouldn't remove it after I explained what happened .

Chad is a great trainer. He pushes you to your limit and does a great Arnold Schwarznegger impression to keep you laughing while you're pushing!!

Nice gym. Friendly face...but when it's time to cancel, the experience is unpleasant. They squeeze every dime out of you that they can, even beyond cancelling. Make your inquiries in person and with documentation because telephone conversation can be misleading. Several other customers have the same complaint.

This gym is not worth the price and fees. Management was not helpful or customer friendly. Their main priority is money. I do not recommend going here. I wish I would have read the reviews before I signed up.

Joined less than a week ago and I already dislike this place. The place looks great but the sales guy was very dishonest about the billing and the way things actually work. When I called to ask about the issue the general manager basically told me that I signed their agreement and that's that, so not their problem. Not a very honest way to do business if you ask me.

24 hour card access to members & recent renovations make it 5 stars for me. Great, clean, little gym with good selection of free weights, machines, cardio & even a decent sized classroom for stretching, yoga or plyo workouts without having to do them in the middle of the gym.

Annoying continuous spam calls emails was NOT supposed to be on contract signed up for one month had family emergency couldn't go then BAM i owe them like $600 and now its on my credit report! THEY DON'T FULLY EXPLAIN FINE PRINT TO CUSTOMERS ONLY CARE ABOUT $$ believe me ive done B2B SALES i understand but i NEVER did that to people shame on all of you.
