Rob and his team got me back on track and got me excited about working out. I lost weight and gained muscle and all the things you want when you train! Fun relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers made me look forward to my visits!

I've been going to Behave for about four months now. I really look forward to my time there because I'm seeing results. Rob and Nancy are the best. It's like a party at group. We really have a great time. Nancy is super encouraging. Rob is too, and he also works with you on nutrition which is as important, if not more than the exercise. I'm very grateful to them both.

Rob along with Nancy & Alex definitely know how to put together a workout routine. No one can make you better but yourself but if you have that desire and the resilience to see it through Rob and his team can help you get there. I recommend them to whoever is looking to better whether the change is big or small. Keep at it and give them all you got, they show up to do the same!

I had struggled with my personal fitness and body image for a long time. I was active and participated in sports yet still was not satisfied with my lifestyle. I found Rob through a mutual friend and began training immediately. After following his incredible regimen, within a month I began to physically see results as well as changes within my mood and demeanor. He does not just train for a lifestyle, he trains for life. Would recommend his practices to anyone driven enough to put the work in.

The program is great, I am stronger and have become more aware of what I am eating day to day. I feel better, and I haven't been sick all winter. My BMI has dropped by 6% and I attribute all of that to the training and the program. Call Behave, you won't regret it.

Great place to get a personal trainer. Rob is supportive, friendly, and a very nice guy. He helps with your food intake and helps target the areas you want to change. He also offers small group training. I would highly recommend going to Behave.

I have been going to behave weight loss for about 8 months. Since working with Rob I have changed my lifestyle, especially with my diet. I am more conscious and aware of what I am putting in my body and how it effects me. In addition to this, the work out sessions are great. My back used to hurt pretty often as I am a dentist and ergonomics are in issue in my profession. Since working out with Rob, my back pains are rare and my core feels great.

The best part of going to Behave fitness is that working out with Rob does not feel like a chore and I do not dread it. It also helps that Rob is an all around awesome human being. I would highly recommend behave weight loss.

Way back in May 2011 I knew I needed to do something and I talked to Rob. My friend and I signed up together. I lost 65 pounds. In May 2012 I had a medical setback for almost a year. When I was able, I came back twice a week to make sure I maintained. I love the group sessions. Thanks Rob.

Behave Weight Loss has been great! After having 4 children, I had gained over 30lbs, and my husband had also put on weight as we got older. We tried going to the YMCA and LA Fitness with no luck. Even a personal trainer at LA. Nothing worked.
We saw our neighbor drop weight and get into better shape over a few months, and she highly recommended Rob at Behave. We went for a consultation, talked with Rob, and liked that it wasn't a bunch of machines, but free weights and nothing too intimidating. The hour long sessions are the right amount, and Rob helps encourage, coach and push you through each step as you need it. Rob has a great personality, which helps make the sessions go by quickly. It is nice having someone to talk with while he makes you hold a plank!
The best part though has been the guidance with our food intake. Rob has you journal what you eat to help adjust and make healthy lifestyle changes. This was huge for us! Although we weren't thrilled at first, it was easy to adjust, and we see what a great change is has been for us and our family! The food changes are what will help us years from now to keep the weight off!
My husband used to have to lay on a heating pad for his back every night, but after two weeks of working with Rob, he hasn't had to once in months! I am almost 20lbs down and neighbors and friends notice a difference. We are still going and owe a huge thanks to Rob for putting up with our crazy and making such a huge impact on us!

Rob is a great trainer. My biggest struggle has been controlling my eating, and he helps me address those issues.

In June 2017 when I was physically ready to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle my first thought was to rejoin Behave. The owner was willing to work with my my physical limitations and from my observations and past experience, has always been supportive of all of his clients. I find the one on one training sessions to be most beneficial and challenging as it not only includes lots of sweat but also productive talk about food journaling.

Rob is Awesome! He inspires you gets you going and makes you feel good about yourself. He does except accountability for our weight loss or whatever we may have hired him for. He has helped me become a better eater. I was one of those people that didn't eat much of anything each day. He makes you track your food and goes over it each session. I've become a much better eater and eat good meals throughout the day. I've learned a great routine to what I wanted to learn to take to the gym and continue on with my training.
Thanks Rob for everything and for becoming a great friend.

Rob is very knowledgeable in the field of fitness and nutrition. The behave eating / workout program is a great way to get in shape and learn how to eat properly. Since joining I've learned the proper techniques to working out and healthy eating as well.
