Well intentioned but poor communication. Unlike other local Rochester or Oakland County athletic/sports associations, when you sign up your child for an activity with RARA, don't expect an initial welcome/reminder email with 1) information that a class or activity will begin on "X" date at "Y" time nor 2) instructions on how to prepare your child for the first class.... more
