Solid Gym. Good equipment and friendly staff.
I have been doing CrossFit for 10 years now and have been to a lot of gyms. Maven is easily in the top 10% of those gyms. A great facility with fantastic coaches, programming, and community.
Easily the best Crossfit gym I've been a member of. Calling it a "box" doesn't do Maven proper justice (It's more like a "gains warehouse"). Maven manages to maintain a surprisingly laid-back, fun-spirited culture for a Crossfit gym (they make me question the stereotypes), while being serious where it matters.
If you're looking to get yourself beat into shape, this is your best bet in Rochester.
