The gym is always clean and all the staff do a great job keeping it clean. A staff member named John goes above and beyond his job requirements.

Nice gym overall. The employees are always cleaning so it's always spotless there! I have a black card so I use the tanners from time to time and also the water massager! I've been going here for about 4 years and it has definitely gotten busier and busier each year. Definitely try to go either early morning, midday, or late night to give you the best chance of some machines being available because they only have 1 of certain machines like preacher curls

This is a very nice Planet Fitness facility. Clean, neat and orderly. Very friendly staff.
There are lots of lots of cardio machines in her for those that are into that sort of thing. There's also a good amount of weight.
The whole place is spacious and feels very uncrowded despite the amount of equipment on the floor.

Front dek staff have been friendly. Manager, Taylor is very kind and helpful. Their personal trainer Megan is unfortunately not interested in personal attention to members or private sessions. She says she works too many hours, so she doesnt have time. Perhaps PF should have more personal trainer there. It is a bit daunting to get onto certain machines for the first time and a trainer for a session or two just to assist and teach the correct techniques would be great.

Great training equipment, clean, and the staff is super friendly and courteous. I love their hydromassage too. They have some good trainers there, seek their advice, if you want to add flavor to your workouts.

Not a huge fan of PF but with their low prices even with the black card can't really beat it. Wish they had heavier dumbbell and more free weights but that is not the type of gym they are.

Fun staff! Loved seeing boards like these! The place gets busy during evening times and you may need wait for squat racks and for weights! The cardio section has plenty of treadmills and elliptical bikes, i never had to wait!

The air is broken at the moment and its quite swampy. Its a large place and even with the air working they always have an issue keeping it comfortable. Either its too cold or its muggy. The amount of sitting on machines and texting is getting ridiculous! Thats the problem with cheap fees you get people who half care about being there.

The place is busy & they don't keep up with cleaning the dressing rooms & toilets. It's kinda gross but it is a gym. I am a new member.

Large gym with hydro massage beds and massage chairs. Several tanning beds as well as a stand up booth. Also, they have the infrared total body enhancement thing.

I don't have any complaints about this place. I always check Google first to see when it's busy times are. that way I don't go in when it's super crowded. most the people that use this gym are super good about cleaning the equipment which is nice. as far as equipment I am happy with everything they have however over the years I have heard men complain about not having certain things. so I would check into that first. the gentleman with the glasses that works the front desk is always friendly and always wishes everyone a nice day.
the women's locker rooms are really nice and the showers are nice as well. WiFi is available if needed

Excellent clean facilities. Amy, the manager is outstanding. Always smiling, positive, and very helpful.
Know many of the regulars. Highly recommend this club.

Cleanest Planet Fitness in the area. Parking is INSANE during peak hours/season. They could probably refill the hand sanitizer more often.

Hopefully all Planet Fitness facilities are as nice as this one. And I mean this in a positive way. I signed up to do the free day pass. Haven't been to any of the gyms but this one to see what all the buzz is about. Immediately I was greeted with a Planet Fitness representative greeting me and welcoming my presence. My thought of all gyms were crowded no room to move around ect. Not you from the time I was here to work out it was pleasant not crowded plenty of equipment to work out on. No negative personalities came from going here. It was an overall great gym. Staff was pleasant and informative when talking about membership deals. Would think about becoming a member.

Although the music is not loud enough you can barely hear it. Maybe its the policy.
Other Planet fitness, the music is louder.

Lots of equipments. Well maintained. Friendly Staff. People are mindful of others. Everyone cleans the equipments and seats after use. But, I will never understand why they have candy at welcome counter?

I've been a member of PF for 7+ yrs or so and enjoy using this gym as its now my closest location. I usually go after work during the dinner hour, and it is busy but not overly crowded as in other locations during peek times. The young lady who is a manager during the days seems very friendly and attentive to guests. Most of the staff is also friendly, especially the girls who scan in and are up front. My only "small" complaints were regarding the WiFi which would not reach certain areas of the gym, and some of the training equipment being a little outdated. However, as of lately the WiFi works fine, and the equipment is either being refreshed or replaced. Keep in mind PF as a whole is an extremely affordable gym(s) so I don't expect top of the line equipment when I visit any location. I truly thou appreciate the PF staff at Roch. Hills listening AND resolving these matters. Ty goes to management and staff as I will continue to enjoy this location as long as I am in the area!

This is the best Planet Fitness to workout at, the Manager leads her staff in a possible motivating way. The gym is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
