One of great hotels I've checked in!! Stayed here for 2 nights and i'm fully satisfied upon check out. Very well furnished rooms!

One of the best place in the city. Room here feel more like studio apartment then hotel rooms free WiFi.

When looking for an extended stay facility, I highly recommend the Courtyard. This facility is very well maintained and the staff in my opinion is great. Two months ago I inadvertently left one of my beanies and when I returned they returned it to me. This is my choice place when in Novi.

Clean, rooms are nice, although arranged a little oddly. I thought the beds should be facing a different way, but whatever. It was a nice stay. Workout area is really small, but is ok for simple workout purposes. There is also a small pool. It's small as well, but might be enough to get the kids tired out or for a few adults to relax. I would stay here again.

Nice clean new hotel. Friendly staff. Limited food available but very tasty. some strange noise all night long came and went sounding like a machine running. we were in room 321 make sure you don't stay in that room. Other than that great convenient location and a nice place to stay.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is located in the heart of Novi. However, the ladies at the breakfast counter were very difficulty to deal with and rude on occasion. Arguing with them was not my favourite thing to do first thing in the morning.

We booked a room at Courtyard by Marriott in Novi after a concert at Ford Field. We checked in late (around 12:30am) only to find out I had accidentally booked the wrong night. The gentleman who helped us was so helpful! He credited us for the previous booking and was able to get us a room for that night (at a cheaper rate even!) with a late checkout time. The room was very nice and clean. My husband and I were very impressed and will definitely recommend this location. Next time we need to stay in Novi, you can bet it will be here.

Very nice hotel rooms, included breakfast also good, but expected a bit more hotel experience instead of a separate food shop experience.

Walter couldn't have been any nicer. We got in late and there was a line of 6 check-ins in front of us and once we finally got to the front he made it known that we were just as important as the first one to come there. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Made the visit great.

Typical Courtyard. Staff is very friendly, the room is OK. It's fairly close to shopping and restaurants which is good.

As with any Marriott hotel, you know pretty well what you are getting: it has a bistro, pool, spacious rooms, cleanly rooms, and et cetera. Honestly my sole complaint is the walls are very thin and so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing and saying when I stayed here.

The location was very close to our main destination, plenty of other amenities nearby (restaurants, shopping, etc). The room was in excellent condition and the service was wonderful

Staff was extremely nice. Very accommodating to our organization. The room was clean. Only true complaint is walls are paper thin. Noise complaint from kids talking. Not very loud either. I could hear neighbor loud and clear in next room.

Our family are regular customers to Marriott properties and in fact have a booking this summer. Currently we are dealing with a situation where they charged my daughter's credit card over $400 additional for "smoking fees" she's not only a nonsmoker, but she stayed there less than a month ago and was not charged because she does not smoke.
Hopefully they will make it right and refund her money. Should customers wait for an inspection before leaving so they aren't charged for false claims?

Reserved King room with sofa but was given a room with 2 queens beds. Asked why I wasn't given the room that was reserved got told the hotel was full lots of students there and not to worry the rates are the same.... find somewhere that is able deliver on their promises

Basically a standard Courtyard. It has all the amenities that you would expect from a courtyard hotel.(pool, gym, food restaurant) the parking lot is pretty spacious but they tend to not clear the snow out on the lot towards the sides of the building. It's conveniently located next to a shopping center than has a Walmart. One of my go to places to stay in Novi area.

Older hotel in need of upgrades. Courtyard in Farmington is new. It's about 3 miles away. Much more comfortable stay.

Have stayed here a few times. This time I got an email from the manager asking what they could do - I asked for Firm pillows. She managed to find them for me (got four brand new ones) and made sure the front desk knew to let me know regardless of the time I was checking in.
Allison (the manager ) and her staff are fantastic. I've stayed at many Courtyards this year - but she & her team take the cake for service. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food at my breakfast as well being a non-meat eater (they managed to make some excellent tasting eggs).
Would definitely be my first choice if I had to stay on the area again!

The hotel is nice as far as lobby decor. The rooms are nothing special. The service checking in and out was good. Biggest downfall to this place is the lack of soundproofing. You hear everything. I was startled awake throughout the night while people were talking loudly in the hallway and slamming their door shut. I know they can't control people's drunkenness, but I also don't want to be able to hear my neighbor pee.

Nice experience overall, no room service but a pretty all encompassing 'bistro' in the lobby with Starbucks, drinks, and a half dozen or so breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Room was also nice, walls were a little thin so if I had had a louder neighbor I could see it being a bit of an issue but really no complaints.

Very well kept hotel. Excellent desk staff and housekeeping. The bistro service needed some help. They didn't know basic drinks and there was only one person to do the bar and make food.
