I'd stay away from this place. I was at an adjacent store in the plaza and I just saw the owner of this establishment cursing and giving the middle finger to a group of young adults in the store next to her.
She was incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn't reccomend going into her place of business
My House Fitness in Novi is a great place to work out. Their personal training and small class size fit my very busy schedule. I love their non-intimidating atmosphere. The staff works so well with people from all stages of the exercise range, from novice to advanced. They are really keeping me motivated to come back again and again!!
