Wonderful coaches. So happy I switched my daughter here.
The coaches and staff are amazing my granddaughter is a cheerleader and me and my husband have been blessed to get to know some of the parents and staff through my daughter and they are amazing people the gym it self is very clean well kept and maintained I'm so glad my granddaughter is apart of such a great group where they are more like family .

This will be my 4th year at Capital Cheer. When I started, I had almost no experience, and now I am working level 4 and 5 skills. The coaches are all very kind, funny, and supportive, and really push me to be better. I can sincerely say that I have received the best coaching here than I have in 8 years of competitive dance and gymnastics training. Not only did I get more skills in a month at Capital than a year at my previous gym, but I also learned skill progression, safety, and technique. I can't imagine my life without joining Capital.
My daughter Brianna has been with Capital Cheer for 2 years now and its amazing to see how much she has developed both physically and emotionally with this program!! if you want the best coaches around this is definitely where you want to be!!
We have been at CCL going on season 3 now and I can't stress enough how awesome the coaches are with the kids!! The gym is huge and the Parents and Athletes are all amazing. My 4 yr old has learned so much and not just physically but mentally too! Highly recommend this gym for all ages and levels!!
The coaches and staff are excellent here. They put a priority on character building, and developing athletes that are well rounded in body and mind (AKA - not divas).
We highly recommend Capital Cheer. Carla and Laura and their staff are the best in the state. They are professional, experienced, and truly care about the kids. The provide excellent training and skill development, and have proven to be winners year after year. Capital Cheer offers training for all skill levels and ages. Best of all, they win at competition after competition, and the girls love to win.
