I did the 200HR teacher training here last year and my home practice has never been stronger. Throughout this difficult time (covid-19) being able to maintain a practice for myself has been crucial to my mental and physical health. The teachers are knowledgable and kind, with most classes stemming from a long line of traditional yoga teachings. Fully immersive studio when in full swing.

Can't recommend this place anymore! I took the classes here the week I was visiting the mitten and the instructors were fantastic! Definitely and highly recommend! Great yoga studio!

So pleased to find a studio that practices yoga mindfully and with a focus on alignment. Classes are challenging and the environment is welcoming. Everything that I look for when choosing a studio.

The instructors are patient and very knowledgeable about yoga. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calming even when some of the postures are highly demanding.
