Anthony is a great trainer to work with. I didn't think I'd find another after my last one moved from the area, but I'm glad I was wrong. His programs are customized based on each person's overall health, mobility, past injuries, etc. The routines are tough, but don't exceed what you can physically do. And pushing boundaries builds strength! After training with him for a couple months, I'm already seeing results.
