great community. I've been doing Crossfit for a few months now. The workouts are an hour long and very effective! I've already noticed how much toner I've become. Initially I was concerned that I wasn't in good enough shape to do Crossfit but the workouts can be modified and it's up to you how far you want to push yourself.... more

I live in Florida and The Station came to our rescue! The only store anywhere that had my daughter's pointe shoes in stock! Great studio, clean and inviting. The teachers are fantastic! There is no other studio in Kalamazoo that I enjoy practicing yoga at than Down Dog Yoga Center. By far the best!. A gorgeous studio, a great range of classes offered, wonderful to be a student and a great place to work! Kristin has poured her heart and soul into this place and it shows.... more

It's clean, lots of choices of different things to do there, including an awesome pool with a waterfall. OVERRATED. Terrible members and full of wannabe sophisticated people that are traveling to my hometown for a corporate conference.... more
