I've only done yoga two or three times in the past via video. First time in an actual class and first time for hot yoga. It was a very relaxing experience. As a beginner, I was able to follow along by observing the more experienced individuals in the room. The instructor did a great job communicating the flow of the class. It was the most relaxing 75 minutes I've had in a long time.
I have been going to Bent9 for over two years as a regular client and I absolutely love it! I have always liked checking out different studios but have stuck with Bent9 as my regular studio.All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help you. Additionally, for package deals or unlimited they are the most reasonably priced in town.
