Coach Harris has dedicated her life in helping her girls by helping them with college applications, scholarships and even giving them jobs! She has given back to the community in so many ways! I always have fun when I'm here. I have dropped in a few times and took the weightlifting camp that's offered at 4 star . It's a good time, the coaches are supportive and helpful, and the other people who train in the gym are always nice and welcoming.... more
This place has classes for parkour and freerunning which are very fun and great exercise, but open gym is the best place to find out what your body physicslly can and can't do. There are knowledgable, safety oriented employees who check on you from time to time and give you tips, similar obstacles, or safety precautions , all based on what you're doing at the time.... more
Great place for indoor baseball workouts. Good space to run infield along side hitting / pitching tunnels.. Wasnt my cup of tea but i was a guest. Wouldn't reccomend for toddlers unless you add the extra blow up course for 50 bucks.... more
