I don't usually take time to leave bad reviews but I'm bummed about the customer service here! I bought some items online that had a really odd fit (super nice materials but they seemed like they weren't constructed/sized properly) anyway... I didn't realize that they were not returnable (they were sale items), regardless, the guy working the desk could have been nice about it but he was super rude and arrogant. You'd think a t-shirt with an $80 SALE PRICE would at least come with a little kindness... Oh well... guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Peace out Lulu!!

My daughter loves Lululemon. It's pricey but excellent quality. The staff is nice and polite.
Today I went into lululemon looking for a new pair of leggings. I hadn't purchased a pair is over 5 years. Anthony greeted me and assisted me. He was so nice and helpful.

I really appreciate the insanely fast shipping, like Amazon, or better even! I can't recall of it came in one day or two, from lululemon to MI! Yes they are a bit pricey but they have great quality and fast shipping. I got The Mat. I've only used it once so it's too soon to write a product review but I can say that it is very sticky, I didn't slide at all! That's what I was looking for. However it also feels much firmer than I'm used to so my knees hurt unless I fold the mat over.
