Excellent group fitness as well as personal training.
For more than 3 years I've tried to get back into shape on my own. After being mindful about my own knowledge and limitations I decided it was time to ask for some help in my training. It was at this time I met Craig Duncan, GRIT Life's owner.
Craig took the time to get to know me, my limitations and my strengths. Together we have set realistic goals and designed a plan that I can stick to.
